Leading this project is the chef Juan Pablo Mardones and the pastry chef Mora Jones combine expertise, creativity, and innovation to create elegant cuisine deeply rooted in the region. Each creation highlights carefully selected ingredients, accompanied by a fine selection of Chilean wines.
As night falls, the experience continues under the starry desert sky, with a dinner where each course is savored in the silence and vastness of the Atacama.
