The restaurant Vale de Abraão, The restaurant's open kitchen and terrace are open all day long, offering seasonal menus featuring local and regional dishes. A generous breakfast is the perfect way to start a day of discovery, relaxation and spa sessions. An open kitchen station also allows guests to watch dishes being prepared, including a wood-fired oven for baking bread and traditional oven dishes.
The dining room is distinguished by its magnificent classic decor, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere rich in detail. The menu, inspired by market produce, showcases the best of regional cuisine, perfectly combining fresh ingredients and refined seasonings.
To add a playful touch to the culinary experience, a secret dinner concept is offered in the form of an ephemeral experience: tables are set up in the woods by the river. The location and menu remain secret until the last moment, offering a pleasant surprise.
